I’m a freelance editor based in Paris, and I’ve been doing this for five years. Beyond the edit itself, I take care of everything around it: post-production workflow, effects and sound design. I mostly work on advertising, fashion, luxury, music videos and content for web and social media. I’m used to long or large-scale projects, where you need to keep the big picture in mind all the way through, down to the series of cutdowns. I’m just as comfortable working alongside a director as dealing directly with the client. What I enjoy most in this job is its experimental side: searching, testing, working the image until the treatment feels right. Day to day, I work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Blender.
